Business E-mail
Business e-mail on your own domain: spam and virus filtering, webmail, easy setup on phone and computer, daily backups. Servers in Germany.
“yourcompany@gmail.com” and “info@yourcompany.com” look similar on a business card but leave a very different impression. Your own domain also has practical benefits.
Why e-mail on your own domain?
- Trust. Quotes and invoices from your own domain look serious; mail from a free address is easier to confuse with phishing.
- The address stays with you. When someone leaves, you close or redirect their mailbox and the customer correspondence stays in the company.
- Portable. The domain is yours, so your addresses stay the same even if you change providers later.
- As many addresses as you need. Create role addresses like info@, accounts@ or sales@ and route them to the right people.

Frequently asked questions
How many mailboxes can I create?
Each Linux hosting plan includes up to 80 mailboxes. Web designers with many clients get hundreds of mailboxes with the Designer packages.
Can I move my existing Gmail or other mail?
Yes. Mail from your old account can be copied to the new one over IMAP. Write to us and we’ll plan the move with you.
How do I set it up on my phone?
There’s a one-tap profile for iPhone and Mac, and step-by-step instructions for Android, Outlook and Thunderbird on our e-mail setup page.
Is my mail backed up?
Yes, mailboxes are backed up every day. If you delete a folder by mistake, just ask us to restore it.
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and do I need them?
They are DNS records that say who is allowed to send mail for your domain. Without them your mail is more likely to land in spam, and someone could send fake mail in your name. If your domain and hosting are with us, we’ll help you check your settings.
