Set up your email
Set up your kalfaoglu.net mailbox on iPhone, Mac, Thunderbird, Outlook or Android.
Most mail programs can set up your mailbox automatically. Find your device below.
iPhone, iPad and Mac
On iPhone and iPad, open this page in Safari. The setup profile will not install from Chrome, WhatsApp or other apps.
Enter your full email address and tap the button:
iPhone / iPad
- Tap Allow when asked to download a configuration profile.
- Open Settings. At the top you will see Profile Downloaded. Tap it.
- Tap Install. You may see a warning that the profile is not signed. This is expected.
- Enter your email password when asked, then tap Done.
Your mailbox now appears in the Mail app.
Mac
- Download the profile with the button above.
- Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Profiles and double-click the downloaded profile.
- Click Install, then enter your email password.
Your mailbox now appears in the Mail app.
Thunderbird
Add a new account with your name, email address and password. Thunderbird finds the correct settings by itself. Just click Done.
Outlook
Add a new account with your email address. If Outlook asks for the account type, choose IMAP and use the settings below.
Android (Gmail, Samsung Email and others)
Add an account, choose Other or Personal (IMAP), enter your email address and password, and use the settings below if the app asks for them. There is also a step-by-step guide with pictures.

- Username: your full email address
- Password: your email password
- Outgoing mail requires authentication (same username and password).
We recommend IMAP: your mail stays in sync on all your devices.
